This program works exactly like the above program. The only difference is this is only opened to Singaporeans. There are pros and Cons to This. The advantage is that this Company is based in Singapore and payment are in Singapore Dollars, so you will be able to receive you check more quickly. The down side is this program pays in Singapore dollars. So instead of US0.02 per email, it's $0.02 per email. They make this up by allowing you to have more levels of referrals.  HTMail's is one of the highest paying paid email program in the industry. They pay $0.10 USD per email read. Which means that if you just read 10 email a day, you can earn $30 USD easily. This is one great program. It's a combination of paid to surf and paid and read email program. They even pay you to play games.  The current rates is that they pay you US$0.49 per hour that you surf.
